Unauthorized Robotics Usage

Robotics misuse carries unique physical-world risks. You may not:

  • Operate robots outside the facility envelope or in unauthorized environments.
  • Disable safety interlocks, geofencing, or emergency-stop systems.
  • Modify firmware, attestation, or signed components.
  • Use robots for activities that endanger humans, animals, or critical infrastructure.
§10

Intellectual Property Violations

You may not use the Services to infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual-property rights of any party. Repeated infringement may result in account termination.

§11

API Usage Requirements

  • Use only authorized API keys, scoped per environment.
  • Respect documented rate limits and retry behaviors.
  • Implement exponential backoff for transient errors.
  • Do not embed credentials in client-side or shipped artifacts.
  • Do not aggregate or scrape data in ways that bypass usage controls.
§12

Enterprise Operational Responsibility

Enterprise customers are responsible for enforcing this AUP across their teams, contractors, and integrators. The account owner remains accountable for activity performed under their tenant.

§13

Monitoring & Enforcement

Rayantra monitors platform-wide signals for security incidents and AUP violations. Where appropriate, we may investigate, rate-limit, suspend access, or terminate the offending account. We may also share information with law-enforcement authorities when legally required.

§14

Suspension & Termination

Material or repeated violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access, without refund, and may give rise to liability for damages caused.

§15

Reporting Violations

To report a suspected violation or security incident, contact security@rayantra.com with as much detail as possible. We acknowledge reports within one business day.

Policy Updates

We update this AUP when new threats, behaviors, or capabilities require clarification. Material changes are announced through the console.
